Advanced Decision Will-£265

Sometimes called a Living Will, used if you lack the capacity to make your own decisions. It identifies medical treatment you want to refuse in case you become unable to communicate these wishes at a later date.

Single Will for 18 to 25 year old-£125 (usually an on-line meeting)

Make sure your savings and personal belongings go to the people you want and not where the UK Government decide.

There are two different types of LPA.

An LPA can only be prepared when you are of sound mind and MUST be registered before it can be used by your Attorney.

1. A Property and Finance LPA, you can appoint someone to handle your property and financial affairs if you become unable to do so yourself. Includes bank accounts, bills, and making property decisions. It ensures your wishes are carried out, providing peace of mind for your family
