• Disabled Persons Trust - £100
• Lifetime Interest Trust - £100
• Severance of Joint Tenancy - £105
• Probate Services - £95 per hour
• Document Storage (see benefits below) - £35 per year (inc VAT)

• All charges include an initial visit to your home, daytime or evening and include VAT @ 15%. Trusts are priced on a per Will basis. Severance of Tenancy is priced per property.

Document Storage (optional) includes a number of Additional benefits:

• A copy of your documents to keep for your records
• A letter to your executors explaining their duties and how to get your Wills
• Free storage for additional important documents (House Deeds etc.)
• No fee for retrieval or deposit of your documents
• The annual fee for storage is guaranteed never to increase
• Your Peace of Mind

Additional Notes:

• Payment is requested on the day the will is executed and signed.
• In special cases we will offer a split payment arrangement, particularly where families are on low incomes.
• Clients are permitted to cancel their instructions within seven days of their meeting and receive a full refund less a charge for administration.
